Security issues in Nokia G21

After update my Nokia G21 shows a flash message while restarting every time that " phone is starting".

Do anyone knows the reason for this and how to solve this. Is this related to any hacking

    I don't think that's an issue because my Nokia is on Android 10 and I still get the same message.
