Sorry pal, @Guido2022 I had never any kind of intention of doing the thing as per your recent message stated "OK you think copy and paste......". In fact as I have told you before that I joined here recently. I joined in September 29 2022 as per IST around on daytime. I have joined in the community for getting information about Android 12 update on my G21. Moreover I try to focus on update scenarios and help others by sharing as little information as much I have. And yes about that message if you once again have pointed out, that was my own personal statements 'at/on/for' the community. Because within just two days I enjoyed being participated in multiple threads. Anyone is open to share own feedback. Just as you share your thoughts at me. Exactly as it is. I believe nobody has ever any issue with anybody who shares his/her own feedback and experiences.

And I hope buddy you also should not have. The community is hereby an open platform for discussions, sharing feedback etc. What an user will get as benefit or so, he or she will get by himself or herself as per terms and conditions and other parameters set by the company or brand. I never keep any boastful thought as if I post this thing I may be credited or anybody will applaud me. I still have a modicum of experience after joining this community. But still I have some experience what a community does and how much potential it has for not just improving a service or a product but rather changing a society. Here as a beginner I am only a part of this community perhaps for a short period of time or a bit longer I would like to stay as long as I face problem with my phone or when it is needed as a member I can help as long as I can. But however when a member joins in a community for the first time seeking for help or has been in the community as a member for long, he or she would have never expected to receive any opinion towards himself or herself in an unfriendly manner.

I apologize from my side if any of my comments hurt you in deep. Although this was never ever only a solution to share the truth with you, but I had been forced to do so by explaining in such this way.
I apologize if any of my previous comments in the thread having technical details might let you to think as you have explained before.

I hope it is understandable and urge request you to keep this ongoing unnecessary continuation of messages stopped. I humbly request you to stay updated only at the communal topics or subjects.

The Nokia G21 will receive Android 12, that's for sure.

As for the "When?" part, unfortunately nobody can answer that. The consumer touch points don't have any information. And the people who have information on the matter aren't reachable by consumers, not that they'll share any info anyways. As such contacting their customer service is a waste of your time, because they don't have such info either.

So, long story short, just let it happen at its own pace. It'll surely happen.

Well at all the G21 isnt supported like from hma/nokia to the owners and clients is talked with flyers support chat or here big mouth. Anyway i think its time to close this theme because its on all people to see what really happend with sellers and support, stay with nokia or change youre product, its youre choice. We will see what happend till the end of year, one of my nokia G21 i give to a friend for free, and i have another G21 in function, but the countdown to give it away is running. If hmd/nokia will be serious they must chance a lot of here stuff. Other producers are there much better and with support also. Have a nice day and change youre mind if you agree.

Unfortunately though, giving away is not an option for a lot of people who are using the Nokia G21. They'll have to stick with it until their pocket allows for a new phone.

Seems like the rollout of Android 12 for Nokia G21 has been temporarily on hold. No one has been confirming recently. For few days back we had been receiving confirmations. But that's not happening recently for few days

i am from india, and still i am waiting for adnroid 12. other new mobiles are direct comes with android 13. then why should they stop updating for old ones. this is irritated. why should we are wait for software update when it will launched by year ago. really this ridiculous.

crazy how it's been more than a year since the official android 12 roll out by google and certain users in certain regions haven't received the update on their nokia g21. it's quite pathetic. definitely not using a nokia after i'm done with this one.
