Nokia 3.4, 5.3, 5.4 users problems

I hate Nokia. For Nokia 5.4, 5.3, 3.4 Nokia security patch, no Maintenance Release Update for bugs fix , no android 12 update, no reply, no timeline when will we receive update, no roadmap, i think we had bought only hardware. Nokia doesn't care about there old users. main problem is we can't use these phones with bugs every single it hangs alot and disturbs, some time we need emergency to call someone or text but we can't make a call because it got hang.

    Agree. I'm 5.4 user.

    Recently my phone freezes a lot while playing games (not heavy games, just casual games like Sky force). Camera app stutters and lags all the time, capturing process is sluggish. Random reset also happens but not too often

    HMD spoils the brand name of NOKIA... I think we can expect android 12 for Nokia 5.4 is end of this year... Because secure upto date and trust... How is marketing strategy... Nokia 5.4 is still android 11 and May security patch.... 😂😂😂 Crazy....

    We are old users even g21 and g11 users facing same problem they have got android 12 ready device but haven't got android 12 yet and no sign of android 12, google is going to launch android 13 stable soon and we are asking for Android 12 what a rubbish brand, even we are not getting monthly security patches, it is july 18 and we are stuck on may security patch and they don't have any answer to their loyal users they don't even know what is going on in Nokia. Juho sarvikas was making this brand good and competitive but when left the company as a CPO now this brand has left the competition.

    At least they should get trust on their users by giving them answer to them what is going on is there any problem with the company or just it is there strategy of selling new phones.

    But those comments from technical support that they just made don't make sense because Nokia 5.4 came out in December 2020 and if Nokia technical support says that until next year it's a lie because the update period for December of this same year will already be over !!
