Message sending failed

I am using Nokia 8.1 since 2 years pretty good experience what a fantastic device,but since last Friday I m very shocked and disappointed due to message app,I can't send message to anyone every time screen showed message sending failed.why it happened plz resolve this issue

    The message centre ensures that your text message is sent to the recipient. If the wrong message centre number is saved in your phone, the text message can't be sent. CredibleBH Login

    It is highly likely if you updated your Google Messages app which now uses RCS feature (similar to WhatsApp) to send instant messages via internet connection rather than GSM. If your recipient was not connected to the internet you will receive the message delivery failure notification.

    Fix:

    Go to your Messages settings and look for 'Chat Features', if it is enabled, just disable it. Your messages should deliver fine.

    There are a number of reasons why an SMS message might not get delivered, but some of the most common are: the recipient opted out of messages. the recipient blocked your phone number.

    I've topped up £20 on my brick phone Nokia won't let me send messages to anyone don't understand need someone to help me please
