No notification of incoming calls

If someone has called me, there will not be any notification. Usually it rings normally but if I do not answer or do not notice the call there will not be any notification that someone has called. In my watch I can see notification that there is unanswered phone call and also if I go to phone app to check to recent calls there it shows the unanswered call. I tried to reset the app settings from system>restore>restore app settings but it did not help. Any other trick to fix this or do I need to download 3rd party phone app because I think for nokia to fix the issue it will take years...

    Seems that this occurs only when wearos smart watch connected, need to investigate more.

    But not able to uncheck missed call notifications.

    Its because do not disturb mode is automatically activated.while you are on the move on a fast pase or riding a bus,phone assume you are driving and do not disturb mode is activated to safe you from distraction.

    Thats the aim,but is annoying.check whether you have this ⛔ in white on your taskbar
