Remove Keypad lock option from Nokia 225 4G Phone software .

Hi , I have purchased a Nokia 225 4G Keypad phone for my relative , she is an illiterate, a senior citizen and does not know how to operate the phone , but she knows to call (a phone number) by using the speed dial feature on keypad .

But the phone gets keypad locked by pressing the End call button / Power button every time , 

I have also deactivated the Auto Keyguard option , but whenever the End call button / Power button is pressed , the phone gets locked .

Is there any way to remove the Keypad lock option from the phone software itself ? , 

Any websites ?

I don't have any. Nokia 225 4G has a different software than the normal 2G Nokia phones. Maybe there could be an option such as "end call button also locks the phone" or something like that. Check if such an option is there.

yes , I tried , but there is no such option to change the End call button settings .

I don't have any solution for this. I tried looking for the User Manual but it doesn't have a lot of detailed information too. Maybe take it to Nokia Care or else try to reset the phone to factory defaults.
