I think it is more about what is selling well for them. They possibly saw some acceptable demand for their lower-priced phones and are bringing all the iterations.

The G60/X30 will come, but they'll be at a considerably higher price due to them being imported from China. Don't get me wrong, but I'm guessing people will bash hmd when those phones launch due to a high asking price. Or maybe hmd will surprise us by launching the phones at attractive prices even after import duties.
