Battery heat to 45degree using 20watt charger

Is there any option to disable fastcharge like samsung has,my phone battery heats up to 45degree using Nokia 20watt charger

    That is normal temperature for charging..

    And....

    Dont use the phone while it's charging

    I use samsung galaxy a71 before buying Nokia g60, battery never cross 40degree on gamsung using 25watt samsung charger although I disable fast fastcharge option in samsung ,but Nokia battery heat upto 45degree using Nokia 20watt charger which come with box in india, I hope HMD Nokia to give us a option to manually disable fast charge option in future uptate
