Nokia G21 Bluetooth headphones audio not working after Android 12

The phones pairs with the headphones as usual but there is no sound from media playback. the calls works fine... i have reset network and BT settings several times also tried the devlopler option turn off on only for no avail.. please help 🙏

Turn ON this option inside Developer Options and then Bluetooth will work:

'Disable Bluetooth A2DP hardware offload'

I did a factory reset and now Bluetooth is working and everything is fine now except some very little jitters.

I have purchased new Nokia G21 on April 14, 2023. But when I am trying to make a call through Bluetooth from my Car (which is connected with my phone), the other person cannot hear my voice and I can hear only broken voice of him. So while driving I can't even receive a call through Bluetooth. Huge disturbances are there in the call. I have also tried using Boat Bluetooth headset and also other company Bluetooth headset but the same issue is there. I have tried Reset Wifi and Bluetooth Option in the Phone but it is of no use.

I have used many Nokia phones. I am a strong supporter of Nokia that is why I have purchased it agian. But I am really disappointed. If I am not able to make a call through Bluetooth then what is the use of a phone.

Today my Nokia G21 got updated to Android 13. While using Android 12, when I am trying to make a call through Bluetooth from my Car (which is connected with my phone), the other person cannot hear my voice and I can hear only broken voice of him. So while driving I can't even receive a call through Bluetooth. Huge disturbances were there. Same problem was there with other Bluetooth headsets also.

But now when the OS got updated to Android 13, this Bluetooth issue was solved. Now I am able to connect and talk through Bluetooth in my Car as well as with other Bluetooth headsets.

Thanks to Nokia Team for providing the update at right time. Thank you very much. Will continue to use Nokia.

After updating to Android 13 new issue started with Bluetooth. After connecting to Boat Bluetooth headset (also for Boult headset) to Nokia G21, the YouTube videos and also the recorded video playback is getting stuck and playing as if we are seeing slow motion video. The audio is also not getting played for the video.

Why these many problems are arising with Bluetooth of Nokia. It is really disturbing.

Hello Peeyush, I had the exact same issue after updating to Android 13 in G21, but it got resolved after enabling that option in developer options I've posted above. You can try that once if it resolves your issue.

After Android 13 update I am not able to stream audio from Amazon Music to Bluetooth Headsets as well as to Bluetooth Receiver in Car.

I am getting the same Bluetooth problem in the car and i cannot turn of the " Disable Bluetooth A2DP hardware off load". when i turn off developer options it ask me to restart device and that still don't help
