I bought the phone in February and WIFI stopped working in March. Now that we are in April and WIFI still doesnt work I am going to return it under warranty for a refund. The phone is not fit for purpose.

Factory reset solved the problem....very easy to do and reinstalled everything from back up so no problems 😊 thanks for the good advice from others 👍👏

Factory reset worked for me. Google backup recovered all data and apps. Took about an hour to fully recover.

We downloaded a system update this morning - and by the time it had installed, and spent a long time 'optimising' the phone, we could "see" our WiFi router. Entered the WiFi password, and our G11 seems (touch wood) to be fine. So no need for a factory reset. Phew.....

My G11 can't find my SIM card after the Android 12 "upgrade" so I no longer have a phone. It's not too happy with the memory card either. I have carried out a hard reset but that made no difference. Vodafone have checked my SIM card in a phone that works and confirmed that it is fine.

My wife is having the same issue with the C12. Wi-Fi switching off mainly after it goes into sleep mode. We end up rebooting the phone to get it to switch on again. We have tried everything. We upgraded the phone two weeks ago and the issue is driving us daft. I am considering taking the phone back and purchasing a different make.
