bad customer service

i try to reach customer support , because i want to return a phone . I get no reaction at all ; outrageous

Ik send a dozen emails . but no answer Does anybody has a suggestion ?

    I have the same experience.

    I'm done with Nokia. The 5G is the worst phone I ever had and the support from Nokia is null.

    I bought a G60 5G, it locked up after 1 hour, sent it back for a refund over 2 weeks ago.

    Have heard nothing from them, unable to get in touch with customer support, all e-mails refuse to go to them. Have now had to buy an alternative phone and over £200 out of pocket.

    A joke of a company
