Nokia x20 uses 17gb system storage on Android 13

  • Hello, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Nokia X20 phone where the system storage in "Settings -> Storage" is taking up more than 20 GB of storage instead of the expected 3 GB. I understand that this is causing some frustration for you.

Firstly, I would suggest checking if there are any large files or apps on your phone that are taking up a lot of storage. You can do this by going to "Settings -> Storage -> Files" or "Settings -> Storage -> Apps". If you find any large files or apps, you can delete them to free up space.

If this doesn't solve the issue, you can try clearing the cache and data of some of the system apps on your phone. To do this, go to "Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps" and select the system app that you want to clear the cache and data for. Then, click on "Storage & cache" and select "Clear cache" and "Clear storage".

If neither of these solutions work, you can try resetting your phone to its factory settings. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up any important files before doing so. To reset your phone, go to "Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Erase all data".

If the issue persists after trying these solutions, you can contact Nokia support for further assistance.

  • Hello,

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where the system storage on your device is taking up more than 20GB of storage, instead of the previous 3GB. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this.

There could be several reasons why this is happening, including updates or changes to your device's software or settings, or the accumulation of temporary files and data over time. I suggest checking for any recent updates or changes to your device and reviewing any apps or files that may be taking up significant storage space.

If you're still having trouble after reviewing these factors, it may be helpful to contact your device manufacturer or a technical support team for further assistance.
