Turn off "App Background Manager"

Go to battery settings and turn off "App background Manager".

It's a very aggressive background process killer that will cause you not to get notifications on time.

you can unselect apps that you want to run on background so you can receive notification

This won't help. System apps won't work properly and notifications will be delayed, wireless android car won't start automatically, podcasts won't download in the background. You really need to turn this feature off.

Hold your finger on the app. choose"i" - battery - unlimited.
