I have the same problem. I tried to install the update several times without success. The error message is not helpful.

I activated developer options and used adb (Android Debug Bridge) to look at the system log. Got the following entries:

Doesn't look happy. Seems to have a problem with the raw partition hashes and gives up.

I also have the same problem. The Google Security patch for March 2023 will not install even in safe mode. It cannot be a storage capacity problem as I have only used 35Gb of 128Gb internal storage.

Tried installing in safe mode this didn’t, even tried factory reset and this didn’t work. Does anybody have an solution.

Let's hope, that Nokia fixes this problem with the next update.

Why isn't Nokia answering with a solution? Also via the chat with Nokia: no solution.

I also tried Nokia support chat and was simply told "don't try to force the update, it will work when it works"

I can't update Google Security Patch 2023-04 Installation problem, is there no solution? There are no replies from Nokia here, I have tried everything, soft resetting, safe mode, I am not doing factory reset as I have read on forums that is a waste of time too

I recently made a serious complaint to Nokia Support regarding this problem. Within 24 hours of my complaint, an upgrade to Android 13 was pushed to my phone. Coincidence?
