Broken promises.

I spent a few weeks deciding which phone to get. The Nokia X30 looked ideal for me and I also wanted something different to the usual suspects. But now I have a phone which doesn't fast charge despite that being one of the most important factors for me, has an appalling loudspeaker, and has now gone nearly 2 months since the last security update despite a promise of monthly updates. Very disappointed.

    Yes, fast charging is now completely broken. The full fast charging never worked correctly. The reason why it doesn't work now is the battery type is defined as 'unknown' so PPS charging is disabled and it falls back to generic USB charging. Battery life has always been a little lacking in the X30.

    As for updates you should be on the March security update as per my attached screenshot. Unfortunately they seem to region block updates which is annoying and stupid, there is no valid reason to do it IMO. I had a G60 previously that went months without ever getting an update. A couple of new builds did come out. I queried with support and they said the update hadn't been approved for my region (Australia). I thought stuff then, used a workaround method and then actually got the updates that I was meant to be getting. It worked beautifully then.

    By blocking updates they're putting your phone security at risk, as Google publish the patches meaning hackers can easily know how to take advantage of flaws in devices that haven't been updated. These are meant to be classed enterprise devices, but I doubt enterprises will use them since they're putting security at risk.

    Mandé reparar el wifi del nokia x30 porque algunas aplicaciones no funcionaban bien,sobre todo el fútbol en directo de 2 app distintas.

    Lo recoge DHL el día 22 de mayo 2023 y en un día llega a Hungría desde España. Me dicen que no le pasa nada, así que que me lo van a devolver. Desde el dia 26 y me dicen que llegará el 31 de mayo. 6 días? NO TIENEN VERGÜENZA

    DONDE SE QUEDARÁ EL MOVIL TANTOS DIAS!!!

    ESTOY DESAMPARADA. NO VUELVO A COMPRAR UN NOKIA EN LA VIDA. JAMÁS!!!

    LO PEOR ES QUE NO PUEDAS HABLAR CON NADIE!!
