G60 5G missing contacts

in Nokia G60 5G

All of a sudden my phone will only show 42 contacts out of a total of 130 or more even though I believe the total number are still stored on the phone! Any ideas?

    Hi, were the contacts stored on the phone? Or were they stored in a cloud account (most likely a Google account)? Please check at https://google.com/contacts if they appear there.

    The PC to Phone program (Syncios) I use shows that all the contacts are still stored on the phone! Nothing was ever stored with Google.

    Solved the problem by disabling the standard Google app and installing another which then accessed all the contacts on the phone.
