My phone's screen started blinking

Hi there !

After I updated my phone to Android 13 my phone's screen started to disappear again and again when I touch the touch pad in my phone and this problem occurs usually when I just remove my phone from 0 to 100 % charging. And this situation last at least for 2 to 3 hours. Why is so can any one explain this ?
