'Nokia G21' Android 13 update bugs

After update to Android 13, many issues are facing these days. It feel like a worst update coz nothing special in this update (only get tiny UI changes in notification area) and lot of bugs are there. Android 13 is actually a worst update in my view. Anyway , Kindly Please remove these flaws and give an stable update as soon as possible. After that, it is enough to remove all other bugs with another update. Otherwise it affects the pride and trust of Nokia, so consider this and give an update as soon as possible.

* Bluetooth not working after update

* Hanging some times

* While charging, mobile restart sometimes 

* some times display don't turn off automatically 

* some times missing connectivity while Calling

* "One handed mode" feature not in this update also. Kindly provide it, coz that's very useful feature.

We nokia user's hope nokia resolve it soon...

    Na update naar Android 13 veel problemen met bluetooth connectie, graag uw aandacht.

    My phone speaker doesn't work after Android 13 update. Even service center guys say the cannot help as it's software issue.

    NUNCA utilizei outra marca de tlmv; possuo o último C 5 com 17 anos ainda a funcionar. Desde o Natal de 2022 uso aquele para informações que ainda não coloquei no actual G 21 adquirido á data ainda por Netherlands convencida e atraída pelo seu preço que iniciaria a experiência pós tanto tempo a aguardar o único que, penso, com características 100% Europeias, masr quando fui contactada pelo representante em Portugal, afirmaram em Março. 23 que se encontrava descontinuado... tentei negociar com David pela Nokia Netherlands a possível troca sem grandes alterações de preços juntando o tablet TM e upgrade para o G seguinte ou eventual passagem para 1 XR, e aguardo uma proposta, dado possuir o último de marca Samsung com 7 anos (esse) já de facto não actualizado, mas como oferta da Meo, mantenha-os, preferindo contudo a ligação de marca. Creio que a Nokia foi e será sempre apelativa no que me diz respeito; usei continuamente o site da Nokia Suite e ainda possuo as credenciais para entrar no Nokia clients support que penso já não conseguir, mas deixo a minha opinião - é importante e desejo que não se torne uma marca com estes últimos pormenores

    If Nokia can destroy our phone from a distance with his updates, for me NOKIA G21 no more sound now since a few days (calls, rings, youtube, recorder... all mute), I think that they can also repear the problem from a distance with another update, without we have to resend our new phone to Hungary. No ? Just sound with the earphones. (France, june 24th 2023).

    My Nokia G21 was running perfectly. But post Android 13 Upgrade started facing a lot of issues.


    Issues Faced :

    1) Speaker volume not audible.

    2) Sometimes, phone screen doesn't start after screen lock. It takes 5-10 minutes for the screen display to become visible again. Meanwhile, the device becomes superhot.

    3) Nokia G21 automatically restarts itself sporadically at irregular intervals while in use.


    These issues started occurring after the recent Android 13 Upgrade.

    Repair quickly please, the update which have cut off all sounds on my Nokia G21. (France) The version 13 was here, I don't know why another one update arrived after that, to wreck my phone. 🤬

    25 juin 2023 Plus de son sur Nokia G21 depuis plusieurs jours et ce, après une installation de je sais pas quoi. Acheté sur CSmobiles.com en janvier 2023, soit même pas 6 mois, avec Android version 11 au départ. Android 12 installé par la suite, puis la version 13 après, les 2 versions installés rapidement dans les 4 à 5 mois. Et voilà qu'un autre truc arrive juste quelques semaines plus tard pour s'installer aussi et depuis plus de son, ni pour les appels, ni pour tester ou choisir une autre sonnerie, ni pour Youtube ou le magnéto. C'est quoi ce bordel ? Renvoyez-moi une mise à jour qui répare ce problème définitivement sans avoir à renvoyer le smartphone via DHL en Hongrie pour réparation. SVP merci.

    Même après réinitialisation totale du smartphone aux paramètres d'usine, toujours pas de son nulle part sur ce NOKIA G21, vu que la dernière mise à jour se remet dessus automatiquement après ça. Donc ça vient d'elle, de la dernière chose qui s'est installée dessus.
