Wifi and hotspot not working

Hello everyone

Please, I update my Nokia G20 to android version 12 but since then, my phone wifi in not turning on same also with my hotspot.

I even think if I upgrade it to android version 13, everything will be okay but still the same after I upgraded it.

Please, how can I solve it
