Repeated message: Installatiefout (Cannot install)

Same error as in the case of the securitypatch-update 2022-12.

    I am experiencing the same issue, I have tried on my mobile data, 2G WiFi, 5G WiFi, I have restarted the phone. Nothing seems to work, any suggestions on how to get this to work successfully. The fact that the update is only 119mb it should not be much of a struggle.


    Has anyone else across the globe been experiencing this? I bought my phone and received it at the end of June, Nokia is a fantastic brand but it's not even a month old and we are experiencing update issues.

    In general, this should be caused by mismatching file hashes. And the reason could be that a wrong update is sent to your regional variant, which shouldn't belong to the devices in your region. Or the update file has a bug that is not outputting the correct/expected file hashes.

    Yes, having exactly the same problem. Phone goes into recovery mode on restart.

    So, having spoken to Nokia chat today as my phone now has apps crashing and keeps re-starting. They state they are unaware of a problem following the update. :(

    Hi everyone, has anyone heard any feedback fr Nokia regarding this update? I've tried the update in both Africa and Europe and it was not worked, this version of the update refuses to update onto my Nokia G60

    Same issue here. Restarting in safe mode nor total reset are helping in this case. I decided to neglect the repeated warnings about the update. There must be something wrong in the upgrade itself.

    Recently purchased Nokia C32. I'm facing problem that the phone suddenly becomes deadstop while the screen is on. Please advice.

  • Would appreciate something from Nokia on this please. This Nokia G60 5G is 4 months old. It is the second time within the last few weeks that I have received notification on the phone that there is a software update along with the Google security patch 2023-05. Part of the reason for purchasing the phone was a stated promise from Nokia of 2 years of security updates. "Couldn't update Installation problem" with no further instructions. Several attempts made.

  • Problem still persists. Nokia need to realise that this issue is on their side as it is impacting multiple users in multiple different geographical areas.


    Is there anyway to report this issue to Nokia Global.?

  • 2_350_SP02 Security August was released today. Installed without any problems as always.

  • The end of the story ...

    I sended my phone in. Service comment on the Repair Form, two weeks later, tells me:

    Your phone had a software fault which has been resolved through a Software update.
