Dear Nokia team,

I had ordered a Nokia 6.1 Plus on the 12th of September on your website. Order No 32691.

It has been almost 2 weeks now and i haven't received the phone.

Your courier partner claims to have lost the shipment and cant trace the phone.

The worst part is that your customer support team has just been asking for time to give a proper revert.

Its really sad and shameful the way Nokia is treating a new customer after the customer has paid for the phone.

Now the only option i have left with me is to wait for your customer support team to get back. 


This is really sad and disappointing from Nokia.
