As many
arrogant companies, HDM and the product TA-1044 forgot our market and the
beliefs that we had about this company. It is the same with the other companies
and that explain why Nokia break down in the past decade when decided pass it
to Microsoft arena.


Nokia has
no explanation, has no solution and has no answers to the multiple customers
claiming form something that works only for a few months. I am taking about
security updates.


My advice
to mister Juho Sarvikas is that forget all the markets, conduct
the company like the arrogant CEO’s around the world and lose all the fame that
you got last year.

    I'm beginning to get a similar feeling about the customer service from HMD, although personally I've had no bad experience except the camera app problems.


    Note that Juho Sarvikas is not the CEO; Florian Seiche is the CEO.
