I had ordered Nokia 6.1 plus directly from Nokia website.

Totally disappointed with NOKIA service. Firstly faulty product gets delivered, which is fault from company side and then due to transit delay of the returned product, customer has to face terrible inconvenience.

Where the replacement process should be easy as just the adapter was faulty, the entire product was taken away for replacement.

Secondly, no return policy available, even when the customer is not willing to have the product anymore.

Customer service not responding properly. Complained about the delay of product delivery several times. Still no action. More than 20 days for delivery of product (still not delivered). Disappointed.

Pathetic service. Very bad customer satisfaction. Will never recommend a NOKIA smartphone to anyone.
