Issue after undating to Android P

I having issues after undating Android 9 Pie to my Nokia 6.2 plus when coming or staying to Main Screen or pressing Home button/key the device automatically goes to Vibrate mode and if you stay on main screen or swiping up to app drawer or else staying there the device continually keep starting vibrating with the pop message at bottom Call and Notification will Vibrate and this message also keep shows continually when you leave main screen or app drawer and after entering to other app or anywhere or else you lock the screen then it stop vibrating and you can switch to Ring mode but after coming back to main screen or app drawer or pressing the home button again it's start vibrating and switch to Vibrate mode and that pop message coming at bottom.
Please fix this problem as soon as possible Nokia HMD
