Hi, I thought Android Pie was already rolled out to Nokia 6.1 Plus. I am not receiving this update! Why? Is this a global roll out?

I thought Android Pie was already rolled out to Nokia 6.1 Plus. I am not receiving this update! Why? Is this a global roll out? Or just available to specific country?
