Hello, I know I'm a little bit late in this conversation but nice to meet all of you @matteo.m, @HMD_Laura, @tim.m, @Edo, @arttuaa, @Tony-Indonesia , @dipankar paulyani. And, thanks for explaining us about your work and role on Nokia. And of course, I am loving the interaction from all of you guys.
And, kudos to @madbilly for creating this awesome discussion.
If these ppls be more active in different pages to resolve queries and give proper resolutions... It would help to make ppls happier.
@wyk don't want to disappoint you or sound arrogant or anything, if you mean staff, referring to your comment supra then you don't understand what this forum is actually about. A technical support forum, in my opinion, is a forum where you ask questions and the company's staff answers your questions and help with your problems (Microsoft have these for example for IT specialists). That's why Nokia calls it a Community forum, this a forum/place where the community get's involved and help/assist each other with their questions and problems most of the time. Staff is only on a community forum to assist in maintaining the forum and deal with things like bots, spammers et al. Not to answer questions of why you can't see anything because your screen is cracked after it fell on the floor for example. If you want assistance on such matters there's dedicated staff to deal with it when you contact and make use of the support channels Nokia provided. Don't know if I'm correct that's what I understand when a company like Nokia provides us with a community forum. Just my humble opinion I should add.
Agree @todesurteil but at the end of day ...support matters to us... And when it comes about nokia devices noone can talk better than the guys behind development... Soo little urge to them to be more active as we are in community. 😊
@todesurteil explained it like it is. This is not a technical support forum (that's why we have dedicated support channels). It is a platform for users to communicate and exchange experience with each other. If you read the instructions most of the HMD people here have given you will see that we are mostly from the Marketing/Communication departments, thus we don't have much to do with the development of our phones. Of course we follow up the issues people reporting in here, forward them to our devs and try to figure out what is going on but giving technical support is just not the meaning of this forum. I hope you guys can enjoy the forum anyways.

Whilst I completely agree with the suggestions from @wyk and @denis coene these are not the topic of this thread. There are already threads about those topics, it would be great to try and concentrate feedback on these points in those existing threads so it's easier for HMD to see how important these issues are to us.
Back on topic, are another members of the HMD team going to introduce themselves or has this thread now been taken over by the new announcements dedicated to each staff member?
@megan and @Maria.03, we would like to know more about you guys

Hi @Priyanshu ! Thanks for dropping in and saying hi! It was great to meet you in Dubai and I hope you'll excuse us if we keep you busy with too many suggestions and too much feedback!
Can anybody tell me why I am not able to start a. Discussion or give any feedback . ???????😢😢😢
@Shek16rocks, Have you registered yourself in a topic of discussion on the kind of phone you have? If you did so? Start the Topic of the issue you have with your phone. Probably you can manage your feedback of phone issues
I've had my Nokia 5 for a while now, about 6 months. I must say I'm disappointed at how slow it gets at times when I attempt to open the apps. It even hangs completely at times and the apps stop responding/ working, prompting me to close them.
I have attempted freeing up quite a bit of phone memory, and getting the phone security/ software updates regularly, but still no improvement. I've heard similar complaints from some other friends using the Nokia 5 and 6. What I gather from the complaints is that it's probably an issue with the Snapdragon.
Initially, before the andrian Nokia phones, I have used other smartphones that never hung, or were never slow, despite having lower or similar specifications to my current Nokia 5, and containing just about the same apps and size of items in the phone memory.
Kindly look into this as you continue developing smart phones in the future. I have always believed in Nokia phones to be the best and wouldn't want to deviate from that.
Plus: the camera is really good, I like it, and the battery + fast charging charger.

New Nokia plus series is much better I would suggest you that if you buy a new phone in future then go for 64gb rom not less than that otherwise you have to face storage problem. For tech details you can watch technical guruji vedios , geeky ranjit , phone radar etc vedios. If you watch technical guruji vedios then watch his old vedios because there you can easily understand things of technology.
How do I create a new discussion thread ? Can someone help ? Sorry for hijacking this thread, but really need help in creating a new discussion thread, need to post an issue i noticed with Nokia 8.1

Good one....
Take care folks
