    @wahnsinnig You can do it again and again. The result will be the same. HMD is not interessted in on our informations. You can see/ read it here, in Facebook, in Twitter and so on. Many critical posts and informations about mistakes and bugs. And HMD Global? SILENCE! 😒

    Reset Wi-Fi & mobile settings.
  • I'm thinking of going back to Oreo to get the compass back. Other than seeing what codec is used by the bluetooth connection I can't really think of a feature from Pie that I've used. Maybe I'm forgetting something ?
  • I did chat with Support after installing March SP, they did pretty fast admit that this proble exists, but the same promise thah a fix is worked on and will be released sometime, but no timeframe given.

    Got the update patch but the compass is not working, North keeps moving. 
  • I am still not receiving March update on my Nokia 8. Interesting. But I don't really care, because they didn't repair the compass.

    If it was an easy thing to fix for HDM they would have done it by now...
    It's easy, they just don't care.

    When you get canned response reply back and ssay something like "thank you for the canned response, but ... " then list xyz why the response didn't address your query, e.g. like it's the same answer they've given for the past four months.

    I did this with a recent query and I soon after actually got a human response, which surprised me. You can usually spot the canned responses because the text is a different colour!

    FYI my question was about the end of support date for the Nokia 8. They finally told me that HMD had not told them.

    What does support even mean to them ? Sure they still push out security updates regularly, but that's basically all they do for ''support''.  Feels like real support already ended. 
  • after the "March update", people are unable to hear me during calls due to microphone heavy noise.
    compass is still not working too. 

    Has anyone tried a rollback to solve the issues with a downgrade?
