Lock Screen wake up automatically

    Final Verdict On Ambient Display Off i.e. I have set off ambient display  for new notifications from last 2 days and i get notifications i.e.Only Sounds but my display isn't on unless i touch or tap on screen but interesting thing is i turn on screen then i can see those notifications.

    Exactly I am too experiencing the same since I have turned off the new notifications on ambient display.. only the sound is heard but screen doesn't wake up

    I Think what caused the problem for me. I used a magnetic USB cable. Since i removed it i didn't experienced wakelocks anymore..

    @Ravinder Bhambhu Disable the ' tap to wake ' option and use. I didn't replaced the display , but using without that option. Everything is fine.

    Yes double tap to wake. Turn it off

    Go in settings than display than advanced than ambient display than make lift to Check phone off.

    I request you to once try to follow below steps.

    Step 1: Go to settings >> apps and notifications >> app info >> three vertical dots >> show system>> System UI >> Force stop >> Storage >> clear cache.
    Step 2: Go to settings >> apps and notifications >> app info >> three vertical dots >> show system >> Android System >> Force stop.
    Step 3: Please try to force restart device by pressing volume up key and power key button for 20 sec then device will vibrate 3 time and device automatically restart

    This method worked for me, plz try and share ur views.

    Keep the 'double tap to wake ' option off the problem won't come. When I went to the service center they asked me to change the display. I thought not to change the display. So I am using by switching off 'double tap to wake' option. Everything is working fine now. Please tell us if this problem comes after switch off that option also.

    I Think its a hardware problem because when i play Minecraft sometimes its glitching like there is another invisible finger on the screen

    In your case it may be hardware issue. For me when I am using my phone, I didn't get any extra touch. I play pubg, clash of clans and many more games, so if some extra touch comes I can find it easily, But I never got. Only when the screen is off that time I get this issue.

    search for the same issue on google, you will find the same issue for one plus 6 and other phones. This may be due to some newly installed app or software problem.

    Got the update yesterday and till now i didn't experienced any wakelocks anymore. So i think the update fixed my problem

    It could be screen replacement which worked for me. Earlier complete motherboard was replaced but it did not work. Then it was told me by service engineer that if we turn off double tap then this issue won't occur and it did but I asked them to solve this issue as well and then next day screen replaced which solved the issue. Warranty covered this.

    My nokia phone's lock screen is getting wake automatically. This is happening randomly (30 sec).

    If i turn off tap to wake up feature phone is working good.
