A new Developer preview build is available (same ID of V4.011 - Beta 3). This resolves the upgrade issue that some users experienced if the device had been previously updated with the May Security patch (“00WW_2_59E_SP01” or “00WW_3_02D_SP01”).

Please note the following:

o   Before flashing with the new build, you must have updated your device to the May Security Patch (“00WW_2_59E_SP01” or “00WW_3_02D_SP01”). Failure to have done so will result in unsuccessful flashing.

o   This updated build does not include any additional fixes.

This is expected from a Developer Preview (basically Beta updates). You have to wait for future updates for the problems to be solved. </div>

Nokia 7 plus android q tested successfully it working fine

I have wiped all user data both before and after flashing the device, as described. 
So, I have started up the phone again and connected the phone to WiFi successfully. Added my gmail account and restored the backup.
I tested:

• WiFi: 2.4 and 5 GHz is working
• Camera: is working
• Duo is working
• Bluetooth is working with Jabra Evolve 65, JBL Go
• Incoming and outgoing calls is working

I tried to deploy the phone in Airwatch, but the Hub crashed. 
Even if I wiped the phone again and started up the phone, staring with deploying my work-profile. 
As Bayton already mentioned: Is this surprising? Of course not. There were a few new features introduced with Q surrounding provisioning which EMMs clearly won’t have implemented yet, as well as the fact that betas are such for a reason

hi guys in Q beta 3 version how is camera performance...its sane for andriod Pie or improved pls tell guys .becoz i want to update Q beta version ...

Is there any updation for Nokia 8.......

HI, checked the file. It is April patch. It was not updated after the new upgrade file was released.

 I installed today. Looks nice sofar but i seem to be.missing google discovery option on the home screen? Also i can not activate it in home settings. Am I correct?

Just hoping to get the Q Beta 4 update whether manually or OTA soon in my NOKIA 8.1, hope atleast the SIM and calls related bugs are fixed specailly

OTA update of Android Q is expected in mid July. Hope this expected date doesn't get extended again
