  I did not notice any change except now you don't need to turn your device off and on for receiving SMS.

  Numpad still types the same button multiple times even on a single press.

  Maybe some new apps in the store which I didn't really care about.

  @orips I noticed that I can now save favourite websites to the home screen. With many PWAs working it like having extra apps installed.

  Has anyone discovered how to uninstall pre-installed apps??
