This is happening to me as well with My phone app. Instant error screen and no go. My phone app version is 2.4.0

Really? You cannot login at all. Some improvement, huh.
So then: log out - request link - log in again ...
Now I'm back in, but I can't upload pictures in the app, every time I try it I'll be back on the forum start page. What a mess here - it's getting really annoying

@singhnsk: I agree with you - and I'd appreciate it very much if @HMD_Laura wasn't (apparently) the only one who even notices our concerns! I often don't really feel taken seriously with our (quite constructive) criticism ...
Just to add to the weird ways this app works.... I can sign in, but I can't actually do anything once I'm signed in! The app doesn't allow me to post, view or change my profile, etc. If I try and sign in again I am asked to sign out! So it knows I am signed in, but it doesn't treat me like I am signed in.

Thankfully Firefox on Android has never failed me on this forum software.
thanks for the appreciation. It is sometimes quite difficult to have an eye on everything and this keeps me away from responding a bit more often although I notice most issues. And luckily there are people who tag me just to make sure I notice it .
Concerning the issues @madbilly has this started now since the login got changed or did you have these problems already before that? @martin.fd do you happen to know if you could post pictures via the app before the login change?
I still try to figure out what issue is now related to the login change and what not. I keep you updated as soon as I have some more info
I don't normally use the app for the forum, however I think these signed-in-but-can't-do-anything problem only started recently, probably after app was updated to address the recent login problems. I definitely don't recall this behaviour being present before the app was updated.

Hi @HMD_Laura it's possible I gave you wrong info yesterday. I saw today that there was an update for My Phone waiting.... but I suspect it has been there a few days, as I have been away from Wifi since Friday morning so haven't updated any apps since then until today.

working on the login problem via the app. I know it is a bit annoying with
requesting the link all the time right now, but we are aiming to have this
issue sorted out by the end of the week. I'm super sorry for the inconveniences
and hope you have a little bit more patience with us.
Thanks for the update. I can confirm that now I have updated my app I get the login screen with just the field for entering my email, which I do and then I am sent a link by email. Following that link opens my local country version of the Nokia Phones website, but doesn't ask me to login (probably because I'm already logged in in my browser). When I go back to the My Phone app I discover that I am logged in!

I now get a HTTP Error communicating Code: 400 when trying to log in on my Laptop (tried Firefox, IE and Chrome) ...
What a mess here - it's getting really annoying

Few days ago I was facing this too but when I used to click on home I got entered. But as of now not facing any issue.
