Android Q - Known Issues Summary List (V4.070 - 00WW_4_070)
We’re delighted to offer you the second Android Q release (V4.070 - 00WW_4_070) for the Nokia 8.1.
Please note, developer builds are early Android Q releases, and as such, they may have issues which make the device unsuitable for use as daily use.
Feel free to report any issues you find through the integrated Feedback app, but before doing so, please kindly check the Known Issues summary list.

Back Up/Restore
o Users may see upon first boot that apps are not being automatically downloaded/updated from backup. A reboot of device will resolve issue
System
o On rare occasions, after upgrade and with SIM PIN code enabled, device may only present a blank wallpaper - Can be recovered after pressing Power key to suspend/resume
Settings
o Unable to play FLAC formatted music via Play music
o Unable to hear sound from phone speaker when FLAC format audio file is chosen as ringtone
o Display may intermittently move up/down when pressing back key when in Settings
o Ringtone may not change to the default ringtone after removing SD card (from where file is stored).
o No fingerprint settings are offered during set up wizard
Social Media
o Facebook likely to crash upon launch due Facebook APX in Beta 5 is not supported - Issue is resolved installing latest build from Play Store
Connectivity
o Intermittently unable to receive file via Bluetooth
o Bluetooth icon is missing
Browser
o Chrome may crash on occasions when adding webpage as bookmark and then selecting menu key
Media
o After deleting all images from Photos, may see photos apk crash
o Intermittent prompt "Photos keeps stopping" after deleting a video.
o Intermittent crash may be seen when switching to slow motion mode with Wi-Fi Display connected.
o User may experience when playing music file, that cannot be paused and the audio cannot be switched to loudspeaker when headset disconnected.
Camera
o Intermittent freeze of camera when in preview and when rotating screen
o May see application not responding with repeated switching of camera modes
If set data storage/save to SD card, a captured picture or recorded video cannot be savedComments

I am facing another issue with beta 5 on my 8.1. during the phone call the other person are not able to hear my voice. It's kind of garbage at their end. I can hear them just fine. Multiple of my contact reported this issue while talking to me. Please look into this and see if we have any temp fix.4

Hi I just got my phone back from the service centre (loose USB the bane of any Nokia 7 plus users existence) however after going through the whole reinstalling of everything ( and loosing my whole cryptocurrency portfolio). Now my screen seems really sensitive, I can scroll by hovering my fingers over the screen I'm constantly hitting and randomly opening apps with the heat from my fingers alone! Thought I'd gained a really annoying super power but alas.. I tried turning the pointer speed all the way down, and it's a little better but still annoying! Any ideas on how to fix it?0

Is anyone getting the bug where the built in sms app keeps saying it's not the default one when it is? I can only use sms if I install a 3rd party app and make that the default. I'm on the Nokia 8.1.0

The Bugs in the beta which I found...After the phone is restarted the the networksetting is getting reset like if I use SIM 1 for calls and SMS and SIM 2 for data after the reboot SIM1 will be default for CALL SMS and DATA. also the setting changes made in Developer Option is also not getting saved.The phone hangs when it is kept idle for sometime.The micro phone issue is resolved also by disabling google services.Hope we will get a fixed build soon.0

After a certain period of time i.e approx after 2-3 hours i cant hear any sound from device (media sound) I jave to restart the phone again and again .2

another bug i found in 6.1 plus(TA-1083) that on lockscreen the battery icon merge with edge of screen. screen edge is overlap the icon.
It very annoying and ugly
