    Nope...it all happened when I cleared the cache of the app..
    Your camera app version is same as on my phone. You can try disabling and again enabling the camera app.

    I also miss format as as internal storage. My Nokia 6bwas stolen and I do not want anything unencrypted on my phone!

    You should have used google find my device app. It can format stolen phones remotely.

    First, I did but only works when there is a connection. Thief turned off immediately. Second, I ma not worried because Nokia 6 supported formating SD as internal. 6.1 does not. Any advice on that?

    Update your phone dialler app to latest version. After that, open phone history and hold touch on the phone number you want to block. Select block number from drop down list. The phone number will be blocked till you unblock it manually again.

    Nokia 6.1 (2018) here. Recently had sent my phone in to have the ear speaker repaired. Everything was fine and dandy and the speaker was fixed. Booted my phone to be stopped by the August Security update from Google. Updated.
    Now, my battery dies extremely fast, evening when idling. According to the battery stats, the Network Standby has been using the majority of my battery. I decided to factory reset my phone, and the problem still persists. Is there going to be an update released soon to combat this issue? It seems to be widespread after the update.

    My nokia 6.1 get overheats in every 30 minutes. Battery back up is also not promising. And after update I am unable to open app on one screen. What should i do.?.

    Hola cómo están tengo una pregunta quiero saber si siempre actualizan a su Nokia 6.1 o lo dejan sin a actualizar lo digo porque me ocupa 14 GB de espacio ya :/

    Uhh, if it overheats, you want to stop using it immediately before it burns down your home, or it explodes. It is not supposed to overheat ever, regardless of the load. It can slow down, it can heat up somewhat, but never overheat. Sounds like some bad hw fault. Take it to a service center asap.

    My 6.1 has been working splendid until recently, my videos don't have sound. Tried different sound settings but nothing works, is this going to be fixed soon coz I can't deal! 😡

    Bluetooth is not working with devices like navigation systems at all! By turning off the screen the phone stopps the connection and reconnect by turning the screen on again. Is there an option to have a stable Connection?

    Smart Lock by Position is neither working at all.

    Since the I updated my phone (Nokia 6.1) to the new Android 9 version on Tuesday (01/10/2019) I have been unable to connect to my wifi at home i get "IP configuration failure" or or continuous looping of "obtaining IP address", i have been able to connect to other wifi networks, and have tried, turning my phone and router off, completed a factory reset, changed from DHCP to static (this changed to "connected, no internet", no other devices are having this issue. no one else is on Android 9 operating system. Could this be an issue with the latest update?

    Delete old fingerprint data and add new fingerprint. It works after doing this.

    First you need to enable "Developer Mode" then go to the end and there are the options to change font, it is limited if you only have two or three available,

    Get your phone checked at nokia care. Let's hope the problem is only with your screen protector.

    I am using NOKIA 6.1, Its RAM Management is very bad. It cannot keep simple 4 or 5 apps in RAM. IT always reload first opned app.

    Plz fix this issue

    I have a Nokia 6.1, bought in Spain last year. I am in Chile now and still haven't been able to update to Android 10. How come? Very frustrating. I always check for it and nothing.

    Appreciate any help.
