Nokia 8 Randomly Restarts and Sound Problem

I got the same problem since february 2019. I got two Nokia 8, one for private use (since december 2017) and one for bussines use (since december 2018). The private N8 has got the restart problem. The bussines N8 not. But what is the difference?
The bussines N8 will charge its battery only with the original charger and cable from Nokia at my office. The private one gets charged by different third party products (mostly).
I replaced the battery last july. But that does not resolve the problem. Actually the private N8 restart 3-4x in a week. Mostly after recharging and disconnecting the cable from the phone. From time to time it restarts by using the original Camera app or after ending a call.
I think the problem is, when you are using not the original charger and cable for that phone.

Yes, the office Nokia 8 is newer and the ussage is never that high like at the private one.
And I replaced the battery of the private one, without positive result. 
And for a flagship smartphone like the Nokia 8, I expect better quality. Maybe they have some problems at the USB port (dirt, debris, corrosion)?

No. After two weeks I got the same problems.

how did you get the battery, is it original nokia ?

if yes then you have bigger problem. it may be the phone board. dony throw the private phone. it is a sparepart source for your office phone.

I'm having issues with my Nokia 8 (oct 2017). It restarts randomly, almost every day, mostly when it's locked when I'm not using it. That's very annoying…

I have been experiencing auto restart of my Nokia 8 phone since November 2019 when battery is even around 65% in exactly the same situation as described by customers on this forum and I am highly disappointed that I could not get solution from this forum. I have seen others reporting same since 2017 which simply means Nokia has not been sensitive to such frustrating customer concerns.
