After update app 7 January , version 2.7.3 , i have too this problem replace screen and not find warranty (nokia 7.2 )
It is okay. Your warranty is still valid as long as you have a invoice. There must be some technical issue in the app/webpage.
I bought my Nokia direct from HMD Nokia phone store site and it came with an extended warranty as part of a Christmas or 'Black Friday deal' The warranty details don't show up on my 7.2 either, so there must be a technical issue somewhere. Obviously I have an invoice so I'm not worried.
Same with mine..just bought Nokia 4.2 last week and my warranty is not available
There's an issue with the app which is offered to the phones. The warranty will show as "active" if you check it via the Nokia.com webpage.
