Android 10 customization with Pixel Themes App.
Pixel theme app working on Android 10 tested on Nokia 8.1
Note: Restarting/Turning device Off will require to do this method again.
Note: You will need PC/Laptop/Rooted Phone to enable it.
1) To use Pixel theme app
2) Install styles & wallpaper app.
3) Install Pixel theme app.
4) Now enable developer option>USB debugging.
Next you need PC with adb installed.
1) Open CMD.
2) Type adb devices to check whether devices is showing or not, if it's showing then you are good to go.
3) Type or paste this command
adb shell pm grant com.google.android.apps.wallpaper android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
4) Done you are good to go.
Note: To use default theme option in app always use current wallpaper to get it working.
Apps are provided in compressed form just extract it to install app.

Sorry for this question, but what does the Pixel themes app offer above the Icon shape, accent and the 1 font that we can access via the Developer Options menu? :)

clock customization in lock screen, custom theme creation. These are part of pixel theming

Clock customization is not available.

Nothing more but it's easy to do it directly from homescreen & It gives proper visual interface how it will look & you can have multiple theme presets for one click change.

Agreed! Wish Nokia/HMD makes their arrangements. If the official app from Pixels is not possible, then this should at least be moved to the Display Settings instead of being hidden deep inside the developer options.

Adb code is not working it says that the file is inaccessible or not found

At which step you get this error message.

CMD step, I mean adb code doesn't replace the option wallpapers to style and wallpaper so no option to customize
