having to sideload was not the agreement. i'll wait, if they ever want to be nice enough to release it within android one's two year timeframe. If they don't, they probably know they lost europe as a market with the way things are going.
Producing stuff is easy, making customers happy is another thing.

Niestety w Polsce ciągle brak , czy w ogóle ktoś dostał tego androida na n7plus. Wygląda że Nn okia kolejny raz olala swoich klientow.

Yesterday I contacted with Nokia support and received information that is not possible for any region/country not to get the update. Only the waiting time can be extended,but not longer than until the end of Q1 2020.

To po co robią wielki szum w mediach że Nokia 7 plus otrzymała aktualizacje do androida 10 skoro z tego co ludzie piszą nikt nie otrzymał tej aktualizacji. Jest takie dość dziwne podejście do klienta , zrobiło się medialny szum za którym niema nic. Nie prościej napisać że aktualizacja zostanie wydana w takim to a takim czasie ? Byłoby to uczciwe a tak wyszło to dość niezgrabnie - wydano aktualizacje której nikt niema .

Your carrier need to approve the OTA update coming from google
Then you can wait or try using VPN or sideload
