Nokia India does not have any exclusive service center in India (New Delhi) and the first party authorized service centers are worst and did not provide the adequate service.

    That's a shame. We do keep hearing about poor service in India, although there seem to have been less posts about this recently. I hope your experience improves and that you don't actually need to use the service centre again.

    Nokia....good it was wiped from market at one time...nokia don't deserve to be in market...disgusting brand....I bought it and now I regret....wish this company nokia closes down

    Every new system update result in more frequent restarting of phone and customer care is helpless

    Nokia - poor company...poor quality...born to cheat
