I wonder why the latest version of the My Phone App on my Nokia 6.1 US Variant constantly shows No Data Connection...when I clearly have all bars full regarding my TMobile US Unlimited plan, and battery is 100 percent full .
It is slow. Firefox loads community page faster than my phone app.
So it is easier to forget it and use your internet browser for looking through community pages.
i have the same problem. plus when I click on settings, so as to login again, it says no data connection at the bottom. when I click on the email field, my onscreen keyboard doesn't pop up. is there any solution to this? I contacted support but they seem clueless.

It has been like that for long, i always use the chrome browser
The My Phone app is also misbehaving in Android 9 after the January 2020 security patch on Nokia 8:
Blank screen when selecting the link to community in the My Phone app, and blank screen when trying to log in with Google after clearing cache and data in the app.
Is this a known issue @HMDLaura ?

I am unable to access community forums through'My phone' app . Posting this from the site . Is there anyone who's facing the same or i am the only one ?

the community part in the My Phone app should be working again :). You might need to empty the cache of the app but otherwise everything should be fine.
