Am using Nokia 2.3, will my phone also receive android 10 update? Because I can't find it in the list of phones in that roadmap.

If your local service provider has not approved the new version you have to wait for them.

My Nokia 7.1 is not updated since Nov 1st 2019. This breaks all the promises, 4 months without a security patch.

Unacceptable.

I've requested help to support,but no answer so far.

Anyone who is complaining about not getting an update:

1. Contact support directly. I suggest doing it by email, because I find chat frustrating.
2. Follow all of their instructions.
3. If they don't work, try the "VPN trick" (search the forums for info)
4. If that doesn't work, try a SIM card from another operator in your country, or if you can get one, a SIM card from another country.

I have purchased Nokia 8.1 on 16 February 2020 from shopkeeper.

The following are the problems persisting in my device are-

1. When i switch to safe mode from normal mode i don't get any network signals of sim,my device is updated to Android 10 with January security patch.

2. Slow battery charging from last 90% to 100% around 40-30min. It takes.

3. Yellowishnes in Display.

4. In Nokia 8.1 Camera application there is no night mode and pictures are getting over sharpened and brightened plus the edge detection in live Bokeh is poor.

I request you to let all above issues fixed in the next update.

March is the end of the first quarter and that is 31 more days

It shows sometime in quarter 1 2020 so it's still all of March to go. Still on target

I already contacted Nokia support twice for this. The answer I got both times is very standard "There isn't a concrete date for the moment, there are several factors which may affect the date you actually receive an update, in some cases it takes a little bit more due to required approval process, please follow news on our official website".

This seems to be intentional and the roll out of Android 10 seems to be stopped, at least in the US. Could it be a quality problem given the comments?

I haven't done anything with the phone, I'm waiting for the OTA. As of today, 4 months with no security patches.

We are still waiting update for Nokia 5.1 Plus!

When will we get update?

Ota in us is out. I would pull on Sim card and try rebooting and seeing if the update comes. Try the tmobile one first.

if so, the calendar that appears at the beginning is not as accurate because it says that the update will arrive at the beginning of March. Still the february patch is still missing, and if we count it, Android 10 would be arriving in April then what a shame :(

I was able finally to download the OTA.

First I pulled out the Google FI SIM card, same outcome (I have even cleared cache and data for Google Play Services). Then Google Fi only, then switching the SIMs to a different slots. No luck.

Finally, I've recovered an old European SIM card still active, that made the trick. The SIM card roamed to T-Mobile. OTA downloaded immediately.
