Not sure why the Nokia 8 Sirocco has not received Andriod 10. 

Also, can we trust that the update will come along this month, April 2020?

Is it ? Google already stopped most of it's services like playstore in china after Huawei got exposed of spying on people through their products on behalf of chinese government. Ah, and don't even ask about china's great firewall of censorship. More of googles shut down of services likely to follow atlest under current situation. But my guts telling me now, that new super users moderators has been appointed by hmd staff would dislike any political discussion here. Thus I'm ending it here.
