Club Nokia was a membership service. Members could download new levels of games by using points they earned at the Nokia authorised stores (maybe when they purchased something at store?). Members could pay and download ringtones and this was the end. Member received special offers. You should read the WikiPedia here:
Didn't know much about it but upon doing a google search I also found they had cards which look like credit cards. Not sure how this will work in 2020 if they brought it. 😅
