I've always had that "problem" and i still have Android 9

I think normally there is no headset icon visible.
Earlier you could perhaps tweak settings with UI Tuner but I am not sure if it works with Android 9 or 10 any more.

Google for example "nokia 6.2 system ui tuner headset icon" or something like that. But I bet most hits and links are pretty much outdated though.

Ya... Already i doned with system ui ui tuner... But after enableing headset option from ui tuner... Still have same problem... No any headset icon or symbol show on statusbar.. Maybe system ui Headset option only works with Type C headsets and handsfree...

I think This is a Problem Only with 3.5mm handsfree.... Maybe Its not for Tyoe C handsfree... Maybe..but not confirmed

3years ago i was baught nokia 6.1... The same problem i am faced...but Solved with system ui tuner... But 6.2 system ui tuner Faild to tune headset icin.... Maybe System ui Tuner Headset icons only works with type c Handsfree
