Can we tweak the shutter speed limit of Nokia 7 Plus camera app? It has just 4sec as the slowest one. Can we or any person make it a bit more slower, like 10 seconds, or even 20 seconds (the one on 7.2, having the same SoC).

I don't want to manually download and install as others have suggested. I can wait for a week or two. But would be good to know whether in India they are releasing the OTA update yet or not.
It is a STAGED rollout and you will receive it in due course. It will get released but unless people have suddenly developed the skill of reading minds and being able to see into the future, we can't answer the question. So, either wait for however long it takes to release or download and flash manually.

It's the last MR and that's why Full rom is released. Every one will receive the same update.
The update is official and it's in a staged rollout. It's reported on the official release page
I'm sure they enforced rules for staged rollout so we need to wait a few more days to have it distributed more widely.
Staged rollout and yet bugs exist. Atleast unlock that God dammed bootloader so that we can setup custom ROM. If HMD can't fix the bugs, let others do it!!

I don't think anyone in India has received ota update , anyways you can roll back to previous version by changing slots so not a big deal but do backup your data as it will be gone.
Thanks for the info. I think I will wait for the OTA. Not that I am not aware of manual processes and all. On my previous phones, Galaxy S2 and S5 I had rooted them and installed cyanogenmod and paranoid android ROMs to experiment. But for N7+ I am scared :/ already out of the blue I have faced a boot loop last year. I think in 7-10 days we should get the OTA. Have to treat this phone delicately so that I can get my money's worth use from it.
Relaxed for a moment. On XDA and Nokia OTA Repository available from a few days ago. And I successfully flash manually. I'm just observer
