You're trying with a new set of charger adapter and USB cable?

If yes, then this will be a hardware issue with the device for which you should contact your nearest Nokia Mobile Care.

it may not be a USB C fast charger. make sure that it is.

USB-C is compatible across all devices that use that type. it's now down to it being rapid charge compatible.
