,open the text file that I posted there(first comment) and from the text file copy all the commands and run it in an adb terminal window.....(If you are on linux, I'm sorry but I could'nt attach .sh files or I would have posted a shell script too, and as for why I did'nt just make a .bat file, 1.It is a bit of a long process 2.It has security concerns 3. I do not own a windows pc to test the script even if a made one.......)
I genuinely have no idea on why they removed the WPS WiFi connectivity option, but to compensate for that they enabled WiFi qr code share and connect option as compensation though....
I just purchased a SanDisk class 10 SD card and have formatted it as internal memory for my phone. Lightning quick response. I would say as fast as the phones 8GB memory that it comes with :)
Look, those apps show using 0 (zero) memory/storage. That means they are non-existent on the phone, only their data folders exist as junks on the system partition.
Yes, thanks for pointing that out but it still it changes my animation scale and sometimes reverts my wallpaper, so that's the reason I generally remove the com.evenwell apps after every factory reset
Was WPS available on Android 9 on the Nokia 1? Google deprecated it in Android 9, so maybe HMD still supported it but now it is dropped completely for Android Q.
That's because EMM (the real culprit) still exists because it doesn't show 0 (zero) storage on use unlike other evenwell apps. Btw, EMM is also an evenwell app. When opened with *#*#666#*#* (yes, it's the devil's number!), it says 'EMM is a performance solution of Beijing' (!) in it. That's why it makes me a bit paranoid too. I had earlier thought I'd be getting pure, stock android experience with a lower budget in nokia 1. Unfortunately, it didn't happen (._.) I'm now thinking of tipping it into a trashcan! (-.-)
Nah, you necessarily don't have to trash the device but just use adb and get rid of the com.evenwell.emm, also you were right about the other evenwell apps not being active most of them are at the peaceful 0 mark......
Android 10 has wake up issues after coming out of standby. Phone is not responsive when opening Apps etc. This can drag on for as long as a minute and is VERY annoying.

Please tell me on how to replicate this issue, since I don't have it..... Then I will be able to look into the issue and find a way of fixing it.......
If you are using a different launcher , it might be the reason because unless and until you remove the stock launcher using adb shell it will always run in the background causing more resources to be used up.........
They are not compatible because, their version codes are different, in this case(the apk's from apkmirror), lower than the system level app values, and android does not allow downgrade of system apps....
No, it worked for my 1066 and one of my buddy's 1058 too! Just use the download mode(SP flash tools) only so that your IMEI and serial number stay intact......
I think the issue lies with the com.evenwell.emm app, which kills the background tasks, if you leave your phone unused for a while the emm app might be killing some core parts of the system UI that when you try to use your phone, the services take a little bit to start running like normal again

Actually, getting rid of all evenwell apps does give a bit smoother experience, so I suggest you to go to this post:

Why have you taken away WPS WiFi Connectivity?

Hi @GarlicBread,
Was WPS available on Android 9 on the Nokia 1? Google deprecated it in Android 9, so maybe HMD still supported it but now it is dropped completely for Android Q.
Cheers 🙂
Yes, WPS was supported on Android 9 go but they deprecated it in Android 10 go edition

Is there any way to get back to android 9 Pie safely?

i have the same problems
Use sp flash tools to downgrade, that's our best option......

explain better, I want to go back to Android 9, I can't take Android 10 GO full of bungs anymore 😭
has no update compatible with Android 10 GO 😭😭😭😭😭😭
They are not compatible because, their version codes are different, in this case(the apk's from apkmirror), lower than the system level app values, and android does not allow downgrade of system apps....
Go to this link, and just follow the instructions....
Pre-requisites:- A windows PC is required
My phone version is 1058 😕

It seems to be when the phone is on standby with battery and not charging. When it's charging the problem doesn't occur.
I will double check and report back here.

Can anyone help me with the updates temporarily unavailable thing,I even factory reset it twice, but still it is popping this issue up
Mine is working fine.
If someone is encountering this issue, then just clear the data and cache of Google Play services and it works fine, thanks to Nokia support chat
Wake up issues are driving me nuts. Takes a full minute to respond from standby.
GRR.
And only since Android 10. It did not have this wake up issue with Pie. I've not fiddled or changed settings. Please help.
