I am facing an ear piece sound problem after the Pie update in my Nokia 6.1 Plus?

I am facing an earpiece sound problem during calls i.e. calling volume drops for some time, then rises but the Volume is at 100%! This is basically happening after the android pie update! *Note I am not a beta tester & I am an end user!*
Please help me to resolve the problem! (Note-It works with Jio 4G Volte network & here in Calcutta, Jio network is almost full!)

    Restarted the phone many times, doesn't fix the issue. Have to shake the phone every few seconds to get the right volume. Totally frustrating to use this phone

    I am also facing this problem after pie update. Visited nokia care centre. They do nothing except factory reset and updation of software.

    I recieved the handset on May 6, 2019 with Android 8.1
    Now after going through above all the comments I feel not to upgrade my phone to Android 9.0 Pie. 😑

    I had same problem,visited nearest s.c. they changed earpiece & problem was solved..

    I'm facing the problem in ear speaker when I connected an earphone it works great but when I disconnected that....,ear piece or touch sounds is not working after android 10 update on Nokia 8.1 after re-start it works properly.So,tell me that how can You fix this bug or problem cuz I can't re-start it again and again.

    Its better to expect nothing from Nokia HMD technical team .... To address the consumer's concern..... We should rather accept to live with the problem of earpiece malfunctioning after unplugging handsfree from the Jack....
    Even despite informing Nokia HMD team, none from them have posted the resolution patch or provided a sustainable resolution....!
    How does it expect to beat competition and garner better marketshare ? Surprisingly it does not project Serious After Sales- Service and support proposition!

    During call one speaker of headphone is not working in Nokia 6.1 plus. Only one side speaker is working, other has no sound.

    But when headphone is using for audio and video playing , both sides of speaker are working fine.

    One side speaker is not working ,even using bluetooth ,but it works during video and audio calling . please help me to short out this problem
