#ShotOnNokia - World Photography Day Community Challenge
Hi everyone,
A lot of you are aware that today is World Photography Day. To celebrate this day we are launching a special #ShotOnNokia Community challenge for you.
Currently, we all have been experiencing challenges in this very unusual time, but there is always something we can be grateful for. So this time we ask you to show us a photo of what you are grateful for – this can be a location, moment, person or whatever comes to your mind. Show us what you are grateful for and why – even small things can lighten up our days and we can appreciate them for so many reasons, we would love to hear your story.
How to participate:
- Take a photo of something you're grateful for with your Nokia Phone
- Post it in the comments below. Also insert a short description with the reason why you chose this picture.

I am posting 2 photographs & reason I chose these images because it's Monsoon season here in India & this is the time where clouds becomes so dramatic and beautiful 😍 I shot these images at evening time when there is golden sunlight 😍
& this location is very near to my home 😃

First of all Happy world photographers day to one and all .
My series of photographs are took in my Nokia 5.1plus .
The reason for this two pics is that the barren old trees gets a refreshing or like a new birth from these cute little grasses either it may be a mushroom or it may be little plants but what the matter is that the barren old tree has not an unwanted or unnecessary weight load in the mother earth but the mother of all has a plan to bring or give new life to it .

A lightning in the middle of a dark cloud in the middle of the city . Lightning considered as a flash = happiness , sometimes those little happiness flow on us and vanishes like the flash but the memories it gives to us is unforgettable and sometimes valuable too.

A cute little sapling that came out of the soil . The sapling just came out of the hard soil bursting its hard seed just to smell/taste/feel the fresh air ,likewise in a tough situation do just break those barriers(it may be ur restrictions ,feelings etc etc..) and just take a long deep breath ,the fresh air makes the mind free and kick starts the young enthusiastic kid in us .

These pics just asked me are starred me to take pics of it that's the reason for it
For the last one it tested my patience lvl because when i decided to take the picture i need to find the perfect position with perfect angle , after taking several mins to find a spot to take the pics ,the position of the sun will be changed where we previously assumed .
Offcourse photography is a game to check a person's patience level and i felt it when i took this pic

To shot on my new Nokia 7.2
This phone has a 20 second shutter speed in pro mode. it's really good for astrophotography. You can see a lot of stars.
I'll take a better photo next time, when there will be less light and less dust in the air.

In this unusual time, Macro shots are something for which I am always grateful for📸. It's gives me a chance to observe the nature very closely. Whenever I captured the macro shot, it's show me something which I have never ever seen before 🤩 The Unseen Details, Incredible Pattern, the more you go close the more you understand the nature perfection 🥰

Very beautiful shots he captured from his Nokia 5.1 Plus! Some photos are taken from that external lens and the rest from the phone. Believe me, macro comes better than expected.

Yes i know, we can capture macro in Pro mode far better than using a macro lens.. external macro lens degrades the quality!

As we all know these days were very unexpected and very difficult to us, for humanity.
We humans have tried everything possible to make our lives easier and comfortable, but these days taught us to live without our comfort.
And I am greatfull to the Nature, as i came more closer to nature these days. Observing Nature always teach us the way of life.
I observed ants and birds more closel and captured some frames using my nokia 5.1 plus and Nokia 7.2

Ants teach us to keep working hard and consistently even in ups and downs in our life.

They also teach us that Helping eachother and by working together we can manage bad times in our life.

.
Birds have taught us to be free, free from our surroundings (problems) only then we can fly high!...
I am really thankful to Mother Nature. And always love to spend time observing its magic!...

That's right...5.1 plus can take good pictures. 😅 I made a macro lens using an old magnifying lens. Quality isn't great 🤐, but gets the job done. One can even use their specs for some macro shots 🤗

Stars cannot shine without darkness!
I have selected this picture form my portfolio bcoz this image shows that every that has something positive.
Like the darkest night produces the brightest stars..so again greatfull to mother nature!

I have zero knowledge regarding specification of specs...😐️I tried taking some pictures.Yes, it helps to get closer to the subject a bit more than what the phone can, still no way near to proper macro lens 😅
