Got it yesterday.
For getting this feature follow the steps
1. Open Apps and notification
2. Search Google Play Services
3. Go to app details
4. Join Beta Program
5. Update play Services
*Some times you need to uninstall the Play Services update and reupdate it after joining beta.
It has been released as an stable update . So he/she asks whether any one got the update.
You don't need to enroll for any beta program,as Nearby share is now officially being rolled out for N6.1+
Just wait You will get this automatically
