Also Better head up to the app setting and restrict the app battery background usage

But I don't think after those changes it should not annoy you , Let you cross check these points once again

• First see that you're on Android 8.1 Build 00WW_1_15R_SP08 if not check for updates and if available download and install it.
• Second is that Disable all evenwell apps
• Third is that Change the Settings Under Battery for the following Apps

*1)Settings>Battery>Battery Usage>Not Optimise>Power Saver>Change to Optimise Battery Use

#2)Settings>Apps and Notification>All Apps>Three Dots>Show System>Power Monitor>Battery Usage>Optimise Battery Use

*#Remember that if you switch off your device and reboot it then What all changes made will be reverted back and again you need to change it as soon as possible

These are the temporary workaround and once again remember that Nokia 2 has got customised Android Oreo With Go edition codes due to which few functions takes time to learn . If you think Android Oreo still not workable as daily driver then Rolling Back to Android Nougat will solve lot of issues you faced in Android Oreo.

My Suggestion is to downgrade the device OS to Android Nougat and use the device as daily driver or you may trade your device for exchange and get new one from e-commerce shopping or near your Mobile Retail Shops.
